Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Items returned without original packaging

How to Start a Return
- Contact us at support@gildedfind.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request within 2 business days.
- If approved, you will receive a return shipping label or return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures the fastest processing.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. For defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
