Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

- Expedited Shipping:3-5 business days (available at checkout for select destinations)

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $89.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are not included in the order total.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@gildedfind.shop within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Changes
We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been dispatched. Please double-check your address before completing checkout.
