Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all packaging included.

Items Not Eligible for Return

- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Items returned without original packaging
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Custom or personalized items, if applicable

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at support@gildedfind.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and reply within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. For approved defective or incorrect items, we will provide return instructions.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. This helps ensure faster processing and availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
