We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Delivery times may vary by item, depending on whether the piece is ready to ship or made in small batches.
Processing Time
- Ready-to-ship items: Ships in 1-2 business days.
- Small-batch items: Ships in 3-5 business days.
- Pre-order items: Estimated shipping and delivery times are shown on the product page.
Estimated Delivery
- Ready-to-ship items: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after dispatch.
- Small-batch items: Estimated delivery within 8-15 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited shipping may be available for selected ready-to-ship items.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $89.
Mixed Orders
If your order includes both ready-to-ship and small-batch items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We may not be able to change the shipping address after an order has been processed or dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@gildedfind.shop within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
